The MSC Policy & Strategic Communications (P&SC) team at NASA Glenn Research Center (GRC) supports the Space Communications and Navigation (SCaN) Program’s Policy & Strategic Communications Division at NASA Headquarters. The P&SC team at GRC provides services and products in support of SCaN’s commitment to policy advocacy, strategic communications, education and public outreach efforts in order for the public to understand the importance of communications and navigation in all space missions.
GRC P&SC plays a vital role to:
• Manage and conduct SCaN’s succession planning
• Perform educational outreach activities for SCaN
• Perform Global Positioning System (GPS)/Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) expert support
• Grant management
• Increase SCaN’s awareness and presence through local exhibits such as the SCaN Testbed exhibit
