Space Communications Office Project Planning & Control
The Space Communications Office (Code MSC) Project Planning and Control
(PP&C) Manager, who also serves as the Deputy Program Manager
for Integration (DPMI) for the Program/Project Integration
Office (Code MB), provides support to the SCaN projects and the HQ SCaN
Business Manager. Focus is on the Project Planning and Control
(PP&C)
functions, integration and communication between HQ, Code MB
and the projects within MSC.

 Code MSC PP&C functions across all MSC Projects include:
• Configuration and Data Management
• Cost Estimation and Assessment
• Scheduling
• Resource Management (includes EVM)
• Contract Management
• Risk Management
• Project Integration
• Public Outreach
In addition, IT Support & IT Security, ITAR and Intellectual Property are functions included in MSC PP&C as required by the projects.
